UV Eco Vital 70 W

The new energy-efficient UV EcoVital 70 Watt hybrid light bulb stands out due to its lower electricity consumption than conventional lamps of similar performance. Thanks to their small size, they can be used in smaller terrariums as well. It perfectly combines light emission, heat and UVA/UVB in just one bulb. It enhances the synthesis of vitamin D3 and helps prevent metabolic diseases such as hepatitis in particular. No ballast is needed. A 70-watt surface UV bulb, for example for tropical reptiles, reaches an optimum UV-B of, for example, 100 µW/cm2 at a distance of +/- 35 cm from the animal.
