Usage Instructions

Read the entire label before each use and use only according to label instructions.

For severe infestations, consult your veterinarian first for treatment recommendations. If your pet is undergoing any medical treatment or has known allergies or sensitivities, please consult your veterinarian before using this product.

For cats 12 weeks or older: Shake well before use. Sensitivity may occur with the use of any product on certain cats. Spray a small amount on the cat, observing for any signs of sensitivity (skin irritation, rapid breathing, lack of coordination, etc.) for one hour. Then, lightly spray the cat's fur and gently wipe to ensure the product reaches the skin. Do not saturate or soak the fur. Use caution to avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, genitals, or other sensitive areas. Allow the fur to dry completely before allowing cats to groom themselves to minimize ingestion of the product. Wash hands thoroughly after use. If fleas or ticks are present, apply twice (2) a week with a minimum of 48 hours between applications. For ongoing prevention and maintenance, apply once (1) a week.

For pet beds, pillows, blankets, carpets, and rugs: Shake well before use. This product is designed to be non-staining; however, always apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area to test for colorfastness. Evenly spray the surface with a light mist. Do not saturate or soak. Allow the product to dry before allowing pets to re-enter the area. Not recommended for use on fine furniture. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Apply once (1) to twice (2) a week with a minimum of 48 hours between applications.

To help reduce the occurrence of fleas and ticks, it is best to use this product year-round when combined with other Vet's Best® products for pets, home, and garden.
