Usage method:
For beginners
Use 5 ml per 90 liters (25 US gallons) twice a week. Check the magnesium level once a week and Edit the amount or frequency accordingly. Note: Each internal thread in the cap is approximately equal to 1 ml.

For advanced users
Check the magnesium level, then follow the above addition system until magnesium is adjusted to 1200-1350 mg/L. Every 5 ml/90 liters (25 US gallons) will raise the magnesium level by about 5 mg/L. The amount or frequency can be Edited, but do not exceed 25 ml/90 liters (25 US gallons) per day. After that, use as needed to maintain the magnesium level.
