Our Returns and Refunds Policy gives you 3 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within three calendar days of purchase. After the third day period, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
Vaccines and medicines cannot be returned. This only happens if the return is at the same time as delivery. It is possible to return them as long as no time has passed since they were received and the delivery representative is still present, given the sensitivity of these products and the necessary precautions to protect them from damage..
Products that are fragile or sensitive to infection or weather factors cannot be returned in order to preserve the safety of the animals that will use later.
We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first three days after purchase to ensure it meets your needs. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, freebies, additional items, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original Check Out method excluding any shipping charges (other than the original invoiced shipping costs). If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method Check Out within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for standard delivery of goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
