Shipping to customers within the United Arab Emirates
Shopivet offers shipping service to all our customers in the United Arab Emirates within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase via the website, depending on your city. Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the purchase order and you will be contacted by the courier company to arrange a delivery date at a time convenient for you.

Payment upon receipt - inside the UAE only -
Please note that there will be a cash on delivery service, but we do not have on delivery card machine. If you want to pay by card, you can pay through the website upon request..

Shipping to customers in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and all countries of the world
For all orders of GCC countries and all countries of the world, the calculation of the shipping cost depends on the weight of the products and the shipping distance, so the shipping cost will be added to the invoices / customer accounts according to the weight and distance shown in the purchase order.
All orders outside the UAE will take 3-5 working days to be delivered to the address and phone number shown on the purchase invoice. A shipment tracking number will be provided for all orders upon customer request.

In some cases: the delivery service is within the borders of the main cities only, please contact us to confirm the order.

When will I receive the order?
We will deliver your order within 1-2 business days after:
• Confirmation of receipt of the amount in case of payment by Visa or MasterCard.
• After confirming the order by clicking on the link in the text message (or via a phone call) if you choose Cash on Delivery as the preferred payment method.

Cancellation Policy:
Shopivet is committed to providing exceptional and timely service. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving sufficient notice, it prevents another customer from serving.

No-shows and late cancellations affect the quality of service while penalizing customers who may show up early and for these reasons Shopivet has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly adhered to.

Full Payment: Your registration is complete when we receive full payment. Payments can be online or in person. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This e-mail serves as a confirmation of your registration.
