Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don't need to. You can make purchases and checkout as a guest every time, however, by creating an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register now, or you can start shopping first and create your account before checking out on the cart page.

How do I / create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by “Create Account” and fill in your personal details.

How do I order?

Shop for the products you want and add them to your cart. When you're done, you can proceed to your cart and checkout. Check and ensure all information is correct before confirming purchases and payments.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We also accept payment upon receipt.

Can I modify and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted. This will allow us to efficiently fill and process your orders and reduce errors. It is recommended that you check your application before submitting it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can use the discount code upon purchase before completing the payment process by placing the discount code in the field designated for it.

How will I know if my order has been confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm receipt of your order. However, please note that orders will only be shipped after your credit card payment is approved and the billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.

Having problems adding products to my cart?

You will be able to add products as long as they are available. There may be a case where the product is in someone else's shopping cart and then the products' status is reflected as 'Temporarily Unavailable'.
