Advanced Natural Habitats - Seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality - Adjustable ventilation system to prevent condensation - Double lockable front doors for escape-free access - Removable and lockable cover for easy maintenance - High-quality stainless steel mesh for optimal UVB penetration - Elevated bottom frame - Efficient cable and pipe management - Ready for submersion (not included) - Easy access to the top and front - Deep waterproof bottom with closable drainage - Increased living space Discover the elegance of Exo Terra Pro Paludarium™, where advanced design meets unique functionality. Designed by European herpetologists, the advanced natural habitats are the perfect dwelling for your reptiles, amphibians, or invertebrates. The Pro Paludarium™ features a deep, waterproof bottom, making it ideal for creating diverse habitats such as tropical forests, marshes, or riverbank environments. This versatile design supports both aquatic and terrestrial species, providing ample space for plants and animals. The integrated drainage system at the bottom greatly facilitates the removal of excess water or weekly water changes. The living space in the paludarium consists of 3 distinct zones: Terrestrial Zone - The terrestrial zone is a land area containing plants, trees, shrubs, and rocks that are never submerged. In tropical climates, a variety of invertebrates, reptiles, and amphibians are found here. Riverbank Zone - The riverbank zone or river edge is the interface between land and water. It is inhabited by semi-aquatic invertebrates, reptiles, and amphibians. Aquatic Zone - The aquatic zone can be a stream, pond, or even a lake – home to turtles, aquatic amphibians, fish, and freshwater shrimp.
