Phosguard 100 ml

PhosGuard quickly removes phosphates and silicates from marine and freshwater aquariums. Although PhosGuard is effective in both freshwater and saltwater, it will perform better in saltwater, and its necessity is more apparent in saltwater.

Directions:
May generate heat upon initial contact with water. The product should be pre-soaked by adding it to twice its volume of freshwater, then rinsed. For best results, rinse PhosGuard before use and position it to maximize water flow through it, but not so that it tumbles against itself in the flow. It can be used in a canister filter, media chamber, box filter, or any high-flow area in a slow-flow filter. A filter bag is recommended. Use 85 ml (three-quarters of a cup) for every 200 liters (50 US gallons) of saltwater or 400 liters (100 US gallons) of freshwater.
