Pond Salt - 4 KG

Pond salt is a balanced chemical blend of salts designed to replicate the natural ionic environment for goldfish and koi without adversely affecting pond plants when used at the recommended dosage. It can also be useful for temporarily reducing nitrate toxicity in emergencies. Does not affect pH levels.

Instructions:
When setting up a pond and when making water changes: 100 grams (5 tablespoons) per 200 liters (50 US gallons). This amount will produce 0.5 ppt. Once every 6 months: 250 grams (12.5 tablespoons) per 200 liters (50 US gallons). To reduce nitrate toxicity in emergencies: 1 kg (3 US cups) per 200 liters (50 US gallons).
