The Dymax stainless steel carbon dioxide diffuser uses a special ceramic purification. The quartz plate has an extremely fine effect and a high dissolution rate, which breaks a steady stream of carbon dioxide into very small bubbles. These very small bubbles produce a much larger surface area to volume ratio compared to larger bubbles, facilitating the gas diffusion process in water.
