Exo Terra UVB 150 bulb, 26 watts, offers very high UVB output similar to that associated with desert environments. Desert locations receive more direct sunlight than any other place due to the lack of clouds, low air humidity, and absence of plants or trees providing shade. Therefore, desert reptiles are more exposed to UV rays than any other type of reptile.

This bulb can also be used in glass terrariums covered with mesh or terrariums with dense mesh covers to ensure UV penetration. Dense mesh can filter up to 50% of UVB rays.
