The Exo Terra Solar Glo bulb is a self-ballasted mercury vapor reptile bulb that provides the benefits of natural sunlight, which is one of the most important aspects of maintaining reptile health. The Exo Terra Solar Glo is a choice for professional reptile keepers as it provides the right balance of ultraviolet light (including UVA and UVB), visible light, and infrared light (heat) in one easy-to-install bulb. The Exo Terra Solar Glo is a full-spectrum light with carefully tuned peaks to ensure appetite, activity, vibrant colors, and optimal calcium absorption through the production of Vitamin D3.
The Exo Terra Solar Glo is a self-ballasted mercury vapor bulb, compatible with a standard ceramic socket (no ballast needed). It can be used with the Exo Terra® Light Dome (PT2057), Exo Terra® Reptile Dome (PT2349), or Exo Terra® Wire Light (PT2062). The Exo Terra Solar Glo is available in three wattages: 80W, 125W, and 160W.
