The collar can glow in the dark, depending on the length of the shipping period in natural or artificial light. The neon color is bright even in daylight, providing a good background with the black cowhide lining on the inside. The phosphorescent material is capable of emitting light only after exposure to light, depending on the duration and intensity of the light exposure.
