Dosage and method of use of Imizol for treating parasites in livestock

• Used as an intramuscular and subcutaneous injection.
• Dose in horses: 2 ml per 100 kg.
• Dose in cows: 1 ml per 100 kg.

Withdrawal period

• In meat: 28 days.
• In milk: 3 days.

Treatment with Imizol is highly effective against both large and small forms of Babesia.

Warnings

• Keep Imizol away from light.
• Store it at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius.
• Imizol is safe to use at the recommended dose.
• Cholinergic side effects may sometimes occur, which are transient and not a cause for concern..
• If the dose is excessive, it can be alleviated by atropine treatment.
