Dosage and method of use of Itraconazole

• Dosage: One tablet per 10-20 kg of body weight, every 24 hours for two consecutive days, rest for 5 days, and repeat the treatment for at least 4 weeks, or until symptoms disappear.
• The dose for daily treatment (systemic mycosis): one tablet per 20 kg of body weight, every 24 hours for no less than 4 weeks or until tags of recovery.
