How to use and dose Ivomic Super for cattle and sheep

• Ivomec Super is used by subcutaneous injection in cattle and sheep.
• Dosage: 1 ml per 50 kg body weight.

• The withdrawal period for meat and meat products is 66 days.

Precautions

• Always use a clean, sterile syringe and needle. 
• If using a multiple injection gun, be sure to disinfect the needle between injections
• If the site to be injected is dirty, clean the skin and wipe it with an alcohol-soaked tissue or a cotton swab.
• Care must be taken to ensure that it is given subcutaneously and not intramuscularly.
• If a large dose is to be administered, it may be advisable to divide the dose between two injection sites. After injection, massage the site briefly to improve dispersion of the injected material.
