Almost every fish breeder or pond owner knows the problem: cloudy water is not only unattractive, but it can also affect water parameters. Therefore, it is necessary to restore the original condition as quickly as possible. For this reason, sera has added a new high-performance filter medium to the range, which effectively combats cloudiness: sera crystal clear Professional.

Thanks to the innovative and patented 3D fiber structure, the filter balls remove particles larger than 10 micrometers (such as floating algae or silt) very quickly.

sera crystal clear Professional is suitable for all types of filters in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums as well as in ponds. Unlike common filter wool, the new filter balls retain their shape and can therefore be washed several times.

After washing, they are 80% reusable, thus protecting the environment and saving money. When combined with sera siporax Professional, the biological medium from sera, they maximize the performance of every common filter.

The product is available in two package sizes:

• sera crystal clear Professional: 12 pieces for 360 liters (95 US gallons) of water
• sera pond crystal clear Professional: 350 grams (12.3 ounces) for 6000 liters (1585 US gallons) of water

Maximum filter performance can be achieved by combining with a UV-C lamp and/or additives such as sera phosvec•clear.
