• Sulphamix is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that contains sulfa compounds.
• Sulfamethoxazole is used in poultry, sheep, calves, and goats.
• Sulfamethoxazole is used to treat diseases caused by bacterial infections, such as diarrhea, enteritis, cold, coccidiosis, pneumonia, septicemia, and hoof rot.

Dosage and method of use of Sulphamix

• Sulphamix is added to the drinking water.
• Dosage in poultry: 1 gram per 2 liters of water, for 3 days.
• The dose for sheep, calves, and lambs: 8-10 grams per 50 kg, for 3 days.

Withdrawal period

• In meat: 7 days.

Warnings

• Sulphamix is not used in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
• Sulphamix is not used for dairy-producing animals intended for human consumption.
• The treatment is not given in cases of kidney failure and insufficiency.
