Cuprazin should be used to treat all newly purchased marine fish except sharks, rays, various Tuskfish, invertebrates, and other related species. In cases where these creatures are present, Myxazin or Octozin should be used as an alternative. Cuprazin should not be used in systems containing any invertebrates, including crustaceans. Cuprazin should be used to treat white spot, Oodinium, Benedenia, Trichodina, and fungal infections, which are considered some of the fastest-killing organisms, so they should be treated as soon as they are identified.
