The Exo Terra Screen Terrarium is an ideal habitat for arboreal reptiles and amphibians sensitive to stagnant air. Unrestricted airflow provides optimal ventilation while reducing odors and fungal growth in your reptile's habitat. The screen design provides a wider temperature gradient, which helps reptiles regulate their body temperature more effectively and prevents overheating.
The aluminum screen mesh allows ultraviolet rays from UVB lamps or the sun to penetrate deep into the enclosure. A substrate tray allows you to place a small layer of substrate to absorb spray water and increase humidity levels. The trivet tray can be easily removed from the case through the rotating bottom door. Strong nickel-plated latches add stability to the enclosure and keep your reptile safe and secure.
Add an Exo Terra background (optional) to raise the humidity and collect misting water for species that prefer to lick water droplets, such as chameleons, diurnal geckos, and many other arboreal species. The Screen Terrarium can be easily assembled with a single screwdriver.
