Gold Salt is designed to provide the ideal environment for all species of goldfish. Using gold salt also helps prevent nitrite poisoning. Salt is also well suited for routine freshwater use in aquariums. It does not affect pH or provide buffering.

Instructions:
Use 18 grams (1 tablespoon) per 40 liters (10 US gallons). Use it when setting up the aquarium and when changing the water. To add salt to the standing aquarium, do so gradually. It is best to dissolve the salt in a small amount of fresh water before use. Avoid using salt when replacing evaporated water.
