Reef Buffer 50g

When used as directed, Reef Buffer will raise the pH of your reef system to 8.3 without fear of accidentally exceeding the pH to a dangerous level.

Instructions:
Check pH and alkalinity before use. Use 5 grams (one level teaspoon) per 150 liters (40 US gallons) to raise the pH by about 0.1 pH unit (this will also increase the alkalinity by about 0.5 mEq/L). Dissolve at least 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh water, then add it to the tank. The pH of natural seawater is 8.25-8.30. In an established reef system, pH Edit may be necessary every two to half weeks. Dosing requirements will vary, but do not exceed recommended dosage without checking pH and alkalinity.
