Reef Builder 300g

Reef Builder raises carbonate alkalinity (KH) without immediately affecting pH. With long-term use there will be a tendency to settle at pH 8.3. When used as directed, Reef Builder will not deplete calcium, magnesium, or strontium that typically tend to precipitate as alkalinity increases.

Instructions: Use
Beginners
3 g (1/2 level teaspoon) per 150 liters (40 US gal) twice a week. Dissolve in at least 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh water. Check alkalinity every two weeks and adjust the amount or frequency accordingly. For accurate dosing, use the Seachem Digital Spoon Scale. to examine

For alkalinity, then follow the addition regimen above until alkalinity is adjusted to 3-6 mEq/L (8-17 dKH). Every 3g/150L will raise the alkalinity by approximately 0.25 mEq/L.
