The rapid UV-B test is a quick and easy tool to determine if a UV product is still emitting enough rays. The card reads the intensity of UVB, UVB fluorescent or compact UVB lamps using a new high-tech, non-toxic and environmentally friendly detection material agent on the card. A color change on the card indicates whether UVB rays are still being emitted. The surface color of the card changes from white to purple depending on the intensity of UVB radiation. The card can be reused up to 500 times. But this card is also a great outdoor tool to test if the UVB level is too high. If the card changes color to purple, it is best to stay in the shade.

This reusable card can detect UVB rays within 10 seconds. Place the card under the UV lamp, directly in the circle of light (about 5cm from the lamp) to test whether the lamp is still emitting UVB. If the card shows a “purple surface” under the UV lamp, the lamp
