What it is
Methocarbamol by Equimed is a muscle-relaxant injection for sport horses.
When to use it
- For a sport horse with a torn or strained muscle.
- For a horse with muscle spasms.
- In cases of tetanus.
How to use it
Dose: 5–25 mg per kg; for tetanus 25–50 mg per kg per day · Method: slow injection into the vein · Every: 24 hours · Duration: up to 14–21 days at most.
